Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of QInbox, an iOS email triage app. By using QInbox, you agree to these terms.

The service

QInbox connects to an email account you authorize (Gmail or Outlook) and uses on-device AI to classify recent messages. A paid subscription tier adds near-instant push notifications via a relay service, described in the Privacy Policy.

Your account and authorization

You're responsible for the email account you connect and for reviewing the permissions QInbox requests before granting them. You can revoke QInbox's access at any time, both from within the app (Settings → Disconnect/Sign Out) and directly from your Google or Microsoft account's connected-apps settings.

AI-assisted classification and replies

QInbox's classification of what needs attention is generated by an AI model and may be wrong. QInbox is not a substitute for reading your own email, and you're responsible for reviewing anything important yourself. Reply drafts are suggestions only — a reply is never sent without you explicitly reviewing and choosing to send it.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed through your Apple ID account settings.

No warranty

QInbox is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI classifications will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QInbox and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any missed or misclassified email.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
